Voydly is a flight and travel price comparison platform. We aggregate and display prices from third-party providers. We are not a travel agent, airline, or booking platform. We do not sell travel products, process payments, or enter into any booking contract with users.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using flightsinsight.com you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use our website.

We may update these terms at any time. When we make material changes we will post a notice on the site. Where required by law we will seek your explicit agreement — continued use alone does not constitute acceptance of material changes.

3. Our Service: Price Comparison Only

Voydly provides a free-to-use price comparison service. When you click a result, you are redirected to the third-party provider’s website to complete your booking. We do not:

  • Accept payments from you
  • Issue flight tickets, hotel confirmations, or other booking documents
  • Hold reservations on your behalf
  • Act as a travel agent or intermediary in any booking transaction
  • Guarantee the availability of any price displayed

Any contract for travel products is entered into directly between you and the relevant third-party provider under their own terms and conditions.

4. Price Accuracy and Availability

Prices and availability are sourced in real time from third-party providers. We do not guarantee that prices shown are available at the time you book, that all fees are included, or that data is free from technical errors. Always verify the final price on the provider’s website before completing any purchase.

5. Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships

Some links on our website are affiliate links. We may receive a commission when you click and make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

6. User Accounts

You may register for a free account to use features such as price alerts. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at contact@voydly.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or databases
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data without our express written permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity or submit false information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the website
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

8. Third-Party Websites

Our website links to Skyscanner, Kiwi.com, Omio, Viator, Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com, and other third-party websites. Voydly is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or services. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Voydly is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under EU consumer protection law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Binod Acharya Unipessoal Lda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Because we do not sell travel products or act as a party to any booking contract, we accept no liability for issues arising from bookings made with third-party providers.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese or EU law.

11. Newsletter and Price Alerts

By subscribing you agree to receive emails about flight deals and travel tips. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting contact@voydly.com.

12. Intellectual Property

All original content on Voydly is the property of Binod Acharya Unipessoal Lda and is protected under Portuguese and EU intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our express written permission.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and, where applicable, EU law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

14. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In accordance with EU Directive 2013/11/EU and EU Regulation 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform:
