Voydly is a price comparison and metasearch platform. We do not sell flights, hotels, or other travel products directly, we do not process payments, and we do not issue tickets. All purchases are made directly with third-party providers on their own websites.
2. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
As a small single-operator business, Binod Acharya Unipessoal Lda is not required under Article 37 GDPR to appoint a Data Protection Officer. The data controller can be contacted directly at contact@voydly.com for all data protection matters.

We do not collect passport details, payment card details, or sensitive booking information. All booking transactions occur on third-party provider websites.

When you click a link to a third-party provider and complete a booking on their website, that provider processes your data under their own privacy policy. Voydly has no access to any booking data you provide to third parties.

Some third-party providers are based outside the EEA, including in the USA. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place under GDPR Chapter V, including:
